HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer FREE tracked shipping on all orders over $59 to Canada and USA, and to international destinations* over $99. That's right, it's on us!
U.S: $9.99Â
Rest of the world: $14.99
WHAT ABOUT TAXES & CUSTOMS?
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where all international packages are charged (e.g. Philippines). If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?Â
After you place an order with us, we will have to process the order first before shipping the items out to you. Most USA orders arrive within 9-14 business days. Please see the Processing time and Shipping info below.
Stage 1: Order Processing Time
Up to 3Â business days (do not include public holidays and weekends).
Stage 2: Shipping & Delivery
After your order is completed and ready to ship, you will receive a Tracking ID from us via email to follow your order.
Once your order is shipped, standard shipping times apply:
- USA:Â 7-13 Business Days
- International: 15-30 Business DaysÂ
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
All orders are shipped with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.Â
